I get to do a fair number of head shots at the office. These are pretty simple set-ups. We use continuous lighting against a white background. Lighting is pretty much 1 to 1. I try to shoot about f/8 to f/11 at 400 ISO and 200. I use a Nikon D4 and the 85mm f/1.4.
